Consultations

Please bring the following with you to the consultation:

• Referral letter from your GP or specialist
• Blood test results (if any)
• X-rays and other scans (if available)
• Medication list
• Medicare / Pensioner cards

Please arrive 10 minutes before your initial consultation to allow time to complete paperwork.

We request that payments be made on the day of consultation. We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa card or EFTPOS.

If you need to change your appointment time, please inform us as soon as you can.
